Balance--it sounds so simple, its not simple but balance. Lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, correct portions sizes, I used to crunch on carrots when I needed something, or cut and apple into 10 pieces, arrangeit on a plate, and sit down and enjoy every single mouthwatering pience. Smell your food, taste it, savor it, eat without distracticion (difficult to do but it works) lots of water to flush the system, exercise, and sleep to restore the body after a hard workout.
