ADHD & Learning Differences

There are many types of learning differences in school-age children. Sometimes they co-exist with ADHD...a brain disorder that can make learning a challenge. It takes tenacity to find out why a child has difficulty in school, at home and socially.

Lacy, what did you take? What helped your ADD?

We're Life's a Poodle, two moms who are trying to raise awareness about learning differences with humor and heart. We have both raised children with learning differences and we want to give back to those who are in the struggle. There are no easy answers - each child brings their own wonderful gifts to the plate.
This is about support. And we believe that if we can raise the awareness of those who LEARN EASILY they will be in a better position to support parents whose children LEARN DIFFERENTLY.
Thank you Diana for inviting us to your conversation.
Be well,

I'm being treated for ADD for the 1st time and I'm 27! I'm amazed at how clearer the reception in my brain is. Now I need to work on focusing on my tasks at hand, like the paperwork I'm supposed to be doing right now. :)
