I just facilitated a group to middle schoolers about sleep hygiene. A problem for many of them was erratic sleep schedules, especially on the weekends and sleeping with the T.V. on.
I've spent the last year researching sleep and would love to share what I know and answer questions. My passion is empowering people to be confident sleepers.
