A diagnosis of Celiac disease can mean a shift to a gluten-free diet. It’s become so common that many grocery store aisles and restaurants now carry gluten-free foods and menus. Still, living a gluten-free lifestyle may seem daunting at first.

Hello all! I'm also in the gluten intolerance but not Celiac group (antibodies, but negative on the biopsy), but with the added need to avoid casein. It's definitely making me think about every single thing that goes on my plate and into my mouth...quite the challenge over the holidays.
I'm trying to think of it this way - if I eat like a cavegirl I'll do just fine: meat, fish, veggies, a little fruit and some nuts.... :p

Enjoyed the gluten-free dressing my mom made for me at Christmas.

I am new to the gluten-free diet. I do not have Celiac disease, but I do have a gluten intolerance. I am interested in learning from others about great recipes and tips for making this diet work.
Two things I like are R.W. Garcia's 5 Seed (rosemary and garlic) Crackers, and Tasty Bite's Sprouts Curry & Basmati Rice. I bought both at a local health food store.
