lisagriffis When I don't feel like take a walk I remember that my dog loves walking more than I do so I let him take me for a walk. Plus I try to remember just how much i enjoy getting some fresh air and letting my mind go blank with the tunes on my ipod. I love the cuban music that I loaded on it and how much my feet just keep moving to the great beat. Remember that it is time for you to do something good for yourself. That is my motivation. Don't think about it just do it. You will be glad you did.

I was put on the vivelle dot for estrogen, starting on a low dose and over the years changing it every so often and then a compound cream made up of testoterone, progesterone and estrodials. What are you on and are they working??
