I have experienced depression my entire life, I just didn't know it. As a very young child to an adult. I grew up in a small town and mentalhealth was not to be talked about. And so I existed, in high school my behavior changed, and it kept changing when I was faced with different issues. I am grateful I didn't drinkor get into drugs as many do. But I didn't understand it until after I moved away from my hometown, and went to college. And it was even years later before I went to a physician who was able to diagnose me, so now I am able to deal with many things, not always because the severity of the stress is really what tells me am I going to be able to handle it and for how long. I have always put my everything into working and right now I am not working. I started to twitter about it. Actually I started to talk at work about it and I guess people just didn't want to hear about it. In the end I lost my job--The Lord has a path for me and as I figure it out I will again start working. This too shall pass.

A new beginning, certainly not my favorite month because of the cold, snow, and darkness. However fresh air comes sweeping through life and where, what, who, when, and how is going to take place this year. I have my goals and I am aware that I will be heading in a new direction. That makes it exciting!!
