I didn't do anything for my menopause...I didn't really have any symptoms
except a very occasional (one a month) mild hotflash and my periods just
stopped. I have been fortunate!

Like Sally said in her article, I became a totally different woman on
bioidentical hormones. My doctor put me on an estrogel cream and I take Vitamin
D and B and other supplements that are supposed to be boosting my adrenal
glands. I know there's a lot of controversy about these whole therapy and that
everyone thinks that Suzanne Somers is a nut case but I am thankful she shined
a light on the whole topic for those of us who were suffering in silence and
thought we were the crazy ones!

Jules I agree, I feel like we are all paving the way for our daughters because
the medical community is not testing and doing what they should be doing for us
women who are suffering through menopause. I too feel like a new person on the
bio identicals. I hate that we have Dr.'s telling us it's not safe becuase it
has not been tried and tested, well test it then so as women we can have
option.
